Anthropic Partner Academy: how to log in, sign up and get access

Which login do I need?

Claude certification uses five separate sign-ins. Most login problems come from using the wrong one.

What is Anthropic Partner Academy?

Anthropic Partner Academy is the learning site Anthropic runs for Claude Partner Network members. It runs on Skilljar. It has:

• prep courses for the Claude certifications
• the exam guide, terms and exam policy for each certification
• registration and payment for the four Claude certification exams
• the free renewal assessment for people who are already certified
• partner training, including the CPN Learning Path and CPN Connect sessions

Anthropic runs two other course sites. Claude Academy at academy.claude.com is free and open to anyone. Anthropic Courses at anthropic.skilljar.com hosts public courses and the Claude Partner Network Learning Path for new partner firms. Neither one registers you for an exam.

Who can get Anthropic Partner Academy access?

People who work at a company in the Claude Partner Network. You need an email on a domain listed on your company's partner record. To sit an exam, you must also be 18 or older and have a government-issued photo ID. Claude customers and people at companies outside the network cannot currently register for exams. A Claude Pro, Max or Team plan does not give you access.

How do I sign up for Anthropic Partner Academy?

You do not apply for a Partner Academy account. Signing in with your partner company email creates it.

1. Check that your company is in the Claude Partner Network and that your email domain is on its partner record. Ask your company's partner team if you are not sure.
2. Go to anthropic-partners.skilljar.com and select Sign In. This opens partner-sso.anthropic.com.
3. Enter your partner company email and select Continue with email, then enter the one-time code sent to that email. If your company email is a Google account, you can select Continue with Google instead.
4. Enter your full legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued photo ID. Your exam booking uses this name.

How do I log in to Anthropic Partner Academy?

Go to anthropic-partners.skilljar.com/auth/login. It opens the partner-sso.anthropic.com sign-in page. Enter your partner company email and the one-time code sent to that inbox, or select Continue with Google. Partner Academy has no password. You do not need a Claude or Anthropic account, and your claude.ai login does not work here.

"You aren't signed in with a partner company employee email": how to fix it

This message means Partner Academy does not recognise your email domain.

1. Check that you signed in with your company email, not a personal address.
2. If the error stays, email partner-support@anthropic.com from that address and ask for your domain to be added to your company's partner record.
3. Allow 7 to 10 days. Anthropic says domain changes take that long, so send the request before you choose an exam date.

Certifications earned on a domain that is not on the record, including subsidiary and regional domains, do not count toward your company's partner tier. See why Claude certifications are not showing in your partner account.

Do I need to finish courses or an access request before the exam?

Not any more. In mid-2026 the Architect Foundations exam needed four Claude Partner Network Learning Path courses and an access request form. That access request page now goes straight to the exam page, and the current Architect Foundations page lists no prerequisite courses. The prep courses are still worth taking, and each exam guide includes sample questions.

How do I register for a Claude certification exam in Partner Academy?

1. Sign in to Partner Academy.
2. Open Partner Certifications and choose your exam.
3. Read the exam guide, select the fee button and pay by card. Select, Preferred and Global Premier partners see their discount when they pay.
4. Use the Pearson VUE link in your confirmation email to book an online or test centre appointment. If this is your first Pearson VUE exam, Pearson VUE emails you a username and password.

Fees are before partner discounts. Your registration stays valid for 5 years. You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment, not 24 as some guides say. How do I log in to Pearson VUE for my Claude exam?

Use Pearson VUE's Anthropic sign-in page with the username and password Pearson VUE emailed after you registered in Partner Academy. The page has I forgot my username and I forgot my password links. This is where you schedule, reschedule or cancel, and where your score reports are kept. Your Partner Academy sign-in does not work on Pearson VUE, and your Pearson VUE password does not work on Partner Academy.

How do I log in to Claude Partner Hub?

Go to partnerhub.claude.com. The sign-in page, titled EULER, asks for an email and password and has a Forgot password link. Partner Hub is for partner firms: it shows your firm's tier, certified team and customer deployments against the published requirements, refreshed daily. What is my Anthropic candidate ID?

Your Anthropic candidate profile is your Pearson VUE account for Anthropic exams. Pearson VUE creates it when you first register in Partner Academy and emails you the username and password. Sign in on the Anthropic sign-in page to see your profile, appointments and score reports. Anthropic adds a standard Anthropic contact number to every candidate profile, so a phone number you do not recognise there is normal. Your name must match your photo ID exactly; send name corrections to certifications-support@anthropic.com at least 24 hours before the exam. Claude.ai identity verification, where you show an ID and a selfie to use some Claude plans, is a separate check and has nothing to do with your exam.

What happens after the exam?

• Your score shows on screen when you finish, online or at a test centre.
• If you pass, Credly emails you an invitation to accept your badge. For online exams it usually arrives within minutes.
• Your certification lasts 12 months. On-time renewal is a free, non-proctored assessment in Partner Academy. If it lapses, you sit the full exam again at the full fee.
• Add a personal email to your Credly profile so you keep your badge if you change employer.

Can I get Partner Academy access without a partner employer?

Not with a personal email. If your employer is not a Claude partner, you can enroll as a consultant with Timo by Amotion AI, get certified as a Claude Certified Architect or Developer, and work on enterprise AI projects. Enrolled consultants sign in to Partner Academy with their Amotion AI consultant email. Amotion AI is Certified in the Claude Partner Network.
