Registration facts

Each fee has a different purpose. Anthropic's fee covers the official exam. Timo's fee covers two months of Timo Platform membership. It does not include any official exam fee. Do not combine the values when comparing options. The candidate pays Anthropic's published fee when booking the selected exam.

Eligibility and track choice

Review the official certification information and the public guide for your selected track before booking. The four tracks serve different roles. A candidate may state UNDECIDED when requesting access and select a track inside the account. This allows time to compare the role descriptions and preparation material before an exam appointment is made.

CCAO-F is the foundations option for business and knowledge-work professionals. CCDV-F is for engineers building Claude applications and agents. CCAR-F fits architects designing their first production Claude systems. CCAR-P fits experienced architects delivering enterprise Claude systems.

Official booking steps

Payment

Payment follows two separate routes. Timo Platform membership costs US$50 for two months, or US$30 with a qualifying LinkedIn post under the payment-page discount terms. If your profile is approved, we email the membership payment link. Review the service description, availability and consultant agreement before signing and paying. Provider exam fees are paid separately to the provider.

The official exam fee belongs to Anthropic. The candidate pays Anthropic's published fee when booking the exam. The four official exam amounts are shown in the facts table above. This distinction matters for records, questions and any change to an appointment. TimoLabs does not collect the official exam fee.

For a team request, use the same access form and provide the number of seats. The service team will confirm the request before any arrangement is agreed. Track choice may remain UNDECIDED until the candidate reviews the official material.

Cancellation and changes

Exam appointment cancellation and rescheduling are controlled by the official booking route. Read the current terms shown there before you confirm an appointment. TimoLabs cannot alter an official exam appointment on the candidate's behalf.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, membership payments are non-refundable, including where a provider changes or withdraws access or credentials. This does not remove Amotion's obligation to deliver its own agreed services, subject to the availability and access period disclosed before payment. The consultant agreement and refund policy govern these terms. Contact TimoLabs promptly if access details are missing, a candidate record needs correction or the selected track needs clarification before the official booking step.

Keep the candidate's legal name consistent with the official appointment information and required identification. The official booking flow provides the current check-in instructions. If the official source changes its process, that current source takes priority over this summary.

Support

Use TimoLabs contact for access-service support, account activation questions and independent preparation guidance. Include the email address used for the access request, the requested track and a concise description of the issue. This helps the team locate the right record without asking for unnecessary information.

Use the official booking route for appointment, payment or delivery questions connected to the Anthropic exam. Support requests work faster when they stay with the organisation responsible for that step. TimoLabs can explain its own access service and point candidates back to the official route where appropriate.

Who issues the Claude certification?

Anthropic issues the credential after a passing result. Timo Platform membership includes Timo assessments, practical tests, badges and mock exams, Claude and OpenAI practitioner tracks, and profile and enterprise project features as they become available.

What happens if I need support or a cancellation?

Use the TimoLabs contact route for access and service support. Use the official booking route for exam appointment changes or cancellation terms. No. Anthropic sets the official assessment and decides the result. TimoLabs provides access and support, with no pass guarantee.
