The $500 training fee
You get a full refund within seven days of payment if both of these are true: you have not used a guided hour, and you have not registered for the paid Anthropic certification exam.
The seven days run from the date you pay, not from any later date. Both conditions have to hold at the same time. As soon as either one no longer holds, either because you have used a guided hour or because your Anthropic exam registration has gone through, the fee is no longer refundable, even if you are still inside the seven days.
This is because a guided hour, once used, is a cost TIMO Labs has already delivered, and the Anthropic exam registration, once made, is a real fee TIMO Labs has already paid to Anthropic on your behalf. Neither can be undone once it happens.
To ask for a refund, email poorna@timolabs.dev within seven days of your payment date.
Official exam fees
Once your Anthropic exam registration is made, that fee follows Anthropic and Pearson VUE's own rules. Late rescheduling, cancellation or a no-show can forfeit the official exam fee. A retake after a failed attempt costs the exam fee again.
