TIMO Labs receives information you give it directly: through Stripe at payment, through the confirmation page after you pay, and through the employer and certified-expert forms on this site. Stripe processes your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay details itself. TIMO Labs never sees or stores your card number.
After payment, the confirmation page asks for your certification track and an email address to reach you. The employer and certified-expert forms send what you type to TIMO Labs by email.
How TIMO Labs uses this information
TIMO Labs uses it to set up your training account, book your official exam, respond to employer and candidate enquiries, and keep records of the commercial relationship.
Sharing and retention
TIMO Labs shares candidate information with employers only after the candidate agrees. Anthropic and Pearson VUE receive what they need to register you for the official exam. Stripe processes payment under its own privacy terms. TIMO Labs keeps information for as long as needed for training delivery, the employer relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements.
