Can a solo consultant or small firm join the Claude Partner Network?
A solo consultant does not meet the application's 10-employee criterion. A small firm can apply once it meets the criteria; Anthropic decides acceptance. Ask Anthropic about an unusual company structure rather than assuming an exception.
How individuals get Claude certified without joining
You need an account from a Claude Partner Network member. Your employer can provide one if it is a member. If not, you can apply through Timo, run by Amotion AI, a registered member of the Claude Partner Network: see get access through Timo, or compare all three routes in Claude certification without a partner employer. Claude exam fees are paid separately to Anthropic when you book an exam. Joining Timo does not guarantee certification, a project or income.
Does your certification stay with you?
Yes. Anthropic says certifications transfer when you change email address or organisation. Add a personal email to your Credly profile so you keep access to your badge wherever you work.
