How to reach Select tier in the Claude Partner Network

To reach Select tier in the Claude Partner Network, your firm needs at least 10 active certified individuals, at least 2 joint customers running Claude in production in the last 12 months, and at least 1 public customer story. Firms move to Select from Registered or Certified. Anthropic says partnership begins at Select.

What are the Select tier requirements?

RequirementSelect minimumHow Anthropic measures it
Active certified individuals10People at the firm with a current Anthropic certification who used Claude in the past 90 days
Joint customers in production2 in the last 12 monthsCustomers the firm has taken live with Claude
Public customer stories1Customers who vouch for the firm's work in a published story

Only Developer and Architect certifications count; the Associate certification does not.

How do you move from Registered or Certified to Select?

You move to Select by meeting all three requirements and showing them in the Claude Partner Hub.

  1. Grow your certified bench to 10 active people with eligible certifications. See how to find certified consultants.
  2. Take at least 2 customers live with Claude in production within 12 months.
  3. Publish at least 1 customer story with a customer who will vouch for your work.
  4. Keep every counted person active: a current certification and Claude use in the past 90 days.
  5. Check your standing in the Claude Partner Hub, refreshed daily and verified every quarter.

How many more certified people do you need for Select?

Illustrative example: a Certified firm has 4 active people with eligible certifications, 2 qualifying joint customers in production in the last 12 months and 1 published customer story. It needs 6 more active certified people to meet the Select headcount. If it had no customers in production, adding 6 people alone would not meet Select.

When does Anthropic promote firms to Select?

From November 2026, Anthropic promotes firms to Certified and Select at least every month. For an ordinary failure to maintain tier requirements, Anthropic describes a 31 December review with 90 days' notice and an opportunity to close the gap. Programme exceptions can apply.

What do Select partners get?

Select, Preferred and Global Premier partners get 50% off certification exams, applied at checkout, and the discount also applies to retakes. Through 31 December 2026, Global Premier partners receive 100% off; after that, their standard 50% discount applies. Each partner's tier, certified team, customer deployments and public references appear in Anthropic's public Partner Directory. Referral credit and deal protection for new business are credited separately from tier.
